HOW TO PAY
You
can pay by Mastercard or Visa credit cards in the following ways:
By Fax: You can
fax your credit card information to us, our fax is 1845-255-1281. This is a
private fax in our office. (We need your name, billing address, credit
card number with expiration date (m/y).
By Phone:
You
can call us between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday through Thursday, and until
1:00 on Friday, with this information.
By Email: You can email
us your credit card information in 3 separate emails:
1. Email number 1 enter their name as it appears on the card and
the card’s expiration date (month and year)
2. Email number 2 enter the first 8 digits of the credit card number
3. Email number 3 enter the last 8 digits of the credit card number along
with your billing address (the billing address is usually the same address
as your home address.)

You can pay by check in $US from
US office of your bank. Make checks payable to: Centre for Playback Theatre.
